AirMilesHK.com is an independent airline-miles brokerage operating from Hong Kong and the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or place an order, and how we handle it.

We collect only what is needed to provide our service: your name and contact details (email address, phone or WhatsApp number) when you contact us; your frequent flyer programme details (programme name, membership number) when you place an order, so miles can be transferred to your account; and payment-related information needed to complete your chosen payment method. We do not store full card numbers — card payments are processed by PayPal on their own systems.
3. How we use it
Your information is used to provide quotes, complete miles transfers, process payments, respond to enquiries, and keep records we are required to keep for accounting and anti-fraud purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only where necessary to complete your order: with payment providers (banks, PayPal, or crypto payment processors) to process your payment, and with service providers that host this website. Each of these handles your data under their own privacy terms.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Your browser's local storage is used only for the website's own functionality. If we add analytics in the future to understand visitor numbers, this policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Data retention and security
Order records are kept for as long as required for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, and then deleted. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information in our possession; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
