Honest, complete answers about how buying airline miles works, what it costs, and how we protect you.
Buying airline miles is not illegal. Some airlines prohibit it in their terms and conditions, but it is not a criminal offence anywhere in the world. Millions of miles are bought and sold globally every year. The risk, if any, rests entirely with the account holder under their individual programme's rules. We recommend reviewing your programme's T&C before purchasing.
Yes — "miles" and "points" are the same thing under different names. British Airways and Qatar Airways use Avios, Air Canada uses Aeroplan points, Qantas uses Qantas Points, and Virgin Atlantic uses Flying Club points. We deliver all of them directly to your loyalty account, exactly the same way as classic airline miles, with the same pricing tiers and guarantee.
Most airlines: instant deliveryMost programmes are delivered instantly. Some take longer — from a few hours up to several days depending on the airline — and the exact transfer time for each programme is shown at the top of its page.
If we fail to deposit the miles for any reason, we issue an immediate full refund — no questions asked, no delays. You can also cancel before the transfer begins for a full refund. Your payment is always fully protected.
Absolutely not. We only need your frequent flyer account number and the name registered on the account. We never ask for passwords, PINs, security questions, or login credentials. Your account security is never at risk.
We accept bank wire to our Hong Kong account (multi-currency), bank wire to our US account (USD), Zelle, cryptocurrency (USDT and other major stablecoins), and credit card via PayPal (a 6% surcharge applies to PayPal payments). Bank wire is recommended for large orders; crypto settles fastest.
Yes — topping up is one of the most common orders we handle. If an award flight needs, say, 85,000 miles and you have 70,000, you can buy exactly the 15,000-mile top up you’re missing (subject to the airline’s minimum order). The miles land in your own account — usually instantly — so you can complete the booking yourself at the price you saw.
Minimum orders vary by programme — most start at 10,000 miles, while some are 25,000–50,000 (for example Qatar Airways at 25,000 or Singapore KrisFlyer at 50,000). Emirates Skywards has a 500,000-mile minimum, and American AAdvantage is capped at 150,000 miles per transfer. Each airline’s page shows its exact minimum, and we regularly process corporate orders of 500,000+ miles.
Every programme has volume pricing built into its rate card: prices step down at 50,000, 100,000, 500,000 and 850,000 miles. The size of the saving varies by airline — up to roughly 20% at the highest tier — and each airline’s page shows the exact rate for every bracket.
